FastTempMail provides disposable email addresses that expire after 6 hours. These are intended for temporary use to protect your privacy and reduce spam.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions that should survive will continue to apply.
9. Accounts & Paid Plans
Some features — including the developer API, ad-free access, and higher limits — require an account and, for paid tiers, a subscription. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure.
- Keeping your API keys confidential — anyone with a key can act as your account.
- All activity that occurs under your account and API keys.
10. Billing, Subscriptions & No Refunds
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. By subscribing you agree that:
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Creem customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or after a renewal — see our Refund Policy.
- We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
11. API Use & Fair Use
If you use our API, you agree to:
- Stay within your plan's rate limits and quotas.
- Use disposable inboxes only for lawful testing, automation, QA, and similar purposes.
- Not use the service to send spam, harass, defraud, bypass another service's terms, or break any law.
We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API keys that abuse the service or threaten its stability.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were last made. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
